Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and solution-focused therapy, as appropriate to each client’s needs.

• Establish and continually assess therapeutic goals with clients, offering support and adjustment of treatment plans based on ongoing progress and feedback.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms effectively to deliver high-quality virtual therapy while fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship in a confidential setting.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in continuous professional development through training sessions and workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of emerging best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
