Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LPC in the state of Washington.

• Authorization to work within the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for further education and training.
