Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing well-established diagnostic frameworks to inform treatment planning.

• Offer teletherapy services to enhance accessibility for clients facing geographical or physical barriers to in-person therapy.

In this role, you will primarily serve adult clients who are facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our diverse clientele comes from various backgrounds, necessitating a therapist who is culturally competent and empathetic. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid license to practice in Washington State as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
