Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine the mental health status of clients, tailoring individual treatment plans based on specific needs.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individually and in group formats, to equip clients with coping skills and tools for managing their mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele reflecting various backgrounds, cultures, and mental health challenges. Our patient population may include individuals dealing with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment issues, and substance use difficulties. A strong cultural competence and understanding of social determinants of health are paramount in providing effective, empathetic care tailored to each unique individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as an LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or similar in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of four years of direct counseling experience, demonstrating a depth of knowledge in various mental health disorders and treatment modalities.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations, ensuring client safety and security.

Compensation and Benefits\n
