Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain open lines of communication with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential barriers to treatment.

• Produce accurate and timely clinical documentation, including thorough progress notes and treatment plans, in alignment with department policies and ethical standards.

• Engage as a vital member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team, contributing your insights during treatment planning, including discharge strategies tailored to individual patient needs.

• Provide expert counseling and crisis intervention services to clients facing emotional and behavioral challenges, ensuring immediate support and effective treatment pathways are established.

• Coordinate discharge planning initiatives, collaborating with other service providers in the region to increase access to necessary services and resources following patient care.

• Consult confidently with clients’ families and support systems to ensure holistic treatment approaches and comprehensive discharge strategies are developed and executed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including individuals who may be struggling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with clients from multiple backgrounds, each requiring tailored therapeutic interventions that respect their unique experiences and cultural contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
