Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to clients through secure video chat, applying various therapeutic methods to foster clients' mental well-being.

• Facilitate discussions by encouraging clients to express their emotions and life experiences, helping them gain insights into their behaviors and relationships.

• Act as a strong advocate for your clients, aiding them in defining their personal and therapeutic goals, and collaborating on a path towards achieving those objectives.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health conditions and craft individualized treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused approach, applying your clinical expertise and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work exclusively with stable adult clients who have been carefully screened before they can book your services. Our clientele consists of individuals with low acuity, meaning they do not exhibit severe mental health concerns. This thoughtful matching process ensures that you are partnered with clients who align with your areas of specialization and demographic preferences, allowing you to provide targeted and effective interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure as a Mental Health Therapist by the state board, which allows you to practice independently without supervision. Acceptable licenses include: \n

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• A clear record with no limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling setting is required to ensure a level of expertise that will contribute positively to client outcomes. Experience working with similar client populations or in outpatient settings will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and commitment levels.
