Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine each client’s mental health needs, objectives, and concerns.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions tailored to address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Provide couples and family therapy to navigate relationship dynamics and enhance communication between family members.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ unique situations and goals, including setting measurable objectives.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

• Maintain detailed and secure client records following legal and ethical standards, including documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Uphold strict adherence to ethical guidelines and legal requirements in counseling practices, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent throughout treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We have a fee-for-service model that ensures guaranteed rates, allowing you to receive payments ahead of collections with no delays.
