Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide Individual Counseling Services: Conduct focused one-on-one counseling sessions for clients aged 35 to 55, addressing a variety of complex issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship troubles, and midlife transitions.

• Develop Personalized Treatment Plans: Design and implement individualized treatment strategies that align with each client’s particular needs, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to ensure effective progress.

• Conduct Virtual Counseling: Use telehealth resources to carry out therapy sessions while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and client privacy.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, reflective of the candidate's experience and qualifications.
