Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Applying a range of mental health therapy techniques and interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments and developing initial discharge plans that capture the client’s specific circumstances.
\n
• Facilitating individual, group, or family therapy sessions based on the tailored treatment plan established for each patient.

• Creating initial treatment plans based on assessments and collaborating with other providers to coordinate additional services as necessary.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with professional standards and organizational policies.
\n
• Managing an assigned caseload while participating in regular treatment team meetings to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.

• Demonstrating a consistently positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor in all interactions with clients.

• Responding proactively to client needs and addressing any concerns or complaints to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.

• Performing other tasks as required to support the goals and objectives of the therapy center.
