As a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will provide high-quality mental health support to a diverse client base, leveraging your expertise to guide patients through challenges such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse.

Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work setting while maintaining a strong connection with colleagues and clients through virtual platforms. Our telehealth facility combines the benefits of modern technology with therapeutic practices, delivering patient care from the comfort of their homes. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in hours to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the unique needs of each patient, enabling the development of effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective counseling to individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, which foster community and provide patients with shared experiences and coping strategies for common mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals within the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for every patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support clients during mental health emergencies, employing your clinical skills to stabilize and direct them to appropriate resources.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring clarity and accountability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Pennsylvania is a must.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities, along with proven ability to conduct comprehensive assessments.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy to diverse patient populations effectively.
