Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Set therapeutic goals and monitor progress throughout the treatment cycle, adapting approaches as necessary to meet changing client needs.

• Offer virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients facing geographical or mobility challenges.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to adhere to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and families, focusing on issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Psychologist.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster a supportive therapeutic relationship.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, dependent upon experience and client caseload. Additional benefits include:
