Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive assessments and care plan development, including performing detailed medical, surgical, and psychosocial histories, physical examinations, and documenting pertinent findings to initiate and maintain problem lists for patients.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate care standards and practices in accordance with institutional goals and regulatory requirements.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as laboratory and imaging studies, and synthesizing findings to form diagnostic impressions or differential diagnoses based on clinical data.
• Educating patients and their families about illness processes, treatment plans, and care management strategies, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged in their care.
• Active participation in all stages of patient care, from inpatient admissions to outpatient follow-up, contributing to a continuum of care that enhances health outcomes.
