Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, formulating accurate diagnoses and determining eligibility for services.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy and some family or couple’s therapy, to a diverse clientele comprising children, teenagers, and adults.
• Create, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans tailored to client progress and evolving needs.
• Document clinical interactions and treatment progress through thorough progress notes and case records within established timeframes.
• Engage actively in supervision and peer consultation sessions to enhance clinical skills, with a focus on cultural competence and effective intervention strategies.
• Support clients in navigating mental health challenges and foster skills for emotional regulation, resilience, and self-advocacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a therapist at Strive Behavioral Healthcare, you will serve a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or an equivalent credential is essential.

Compensation and Benefits
