Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while being engaged with a compassionate team of health professionals dedicated to providing quality end-of-life care. Your work hours will be aligned to suit flexibility between 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, and you will have the option to choose between working 4x10 or 5x8 shifts. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families, tailoring approaches to meet specific client needs.

• Conduct interviews to gather critical social, personal, environmental, and health information, creating a comprehensive client profile.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and formulate individualized treatment plans, focusing on mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and grief.
\n
• Facilitate programs that address social and emotional needs while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
\n
• Establish therapeutic relationships grounded in trust and respect, fostering an environment where clients feel safe to share their concerns.

• Continuously assess and document client progress, adjusting treatment interventions as necessary based on established protocols.

• Stay informed about relevant community resources and facilitate referrals to additional services as needed.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while ensuring that all documentation reflects up-to-date client information and service delivery.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and may be tasked with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.

• You must hold a current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of Virginia.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of four years of relevant experience in social work or mental health counseling is preferred, those who bring expertise in behavioral health treatment focusing on issues such as addiction, depression, and family dynamics will find themselves well-aligned with our service goals. Familiarity with hospice care dynamics and experience providing grief support will be especially valuable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
