- Front Desk & Reception: Handle all incoming calls, filter inquiries, and welcome guests, ensuring they are directed to the correct personnel or department.
- Scheduling & Calendaring: Oversee complex team calendars, book appointments, organize staff briefings, and manage setup for both digital and physical meeting spaces.
- Written Communications: Create, review, and format official letters, internal announcements, and summaries utilizing standard productivity tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365).
- Information Management: Establish and upkeep secure digital and paper archival systems, verifying that all records remain accurate and current.
- Office Supply & Inventory: Process incoming packages and daily mail, distribute correspondence, and track inventory levels to restock essential workplace items.
