Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you to balance your professional obligations with personal commitments. You'll connect with clients through teletherapy while working closely with a team of dedicated professionals at our outpatient facility. Our clinic operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate varying patient schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally-informed mental health assessments to understand the unique experiences and needs of each patient.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, leveraging EHR systems for documentation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Texas.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years' experience in a clinical mental health setting is required, experience working with culturally diverse populations or specific therapeutic modalities is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n
