Position Overview

Allied Care Solution Physical Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our team in Keansburg, New Jersey. This full-time position focuses on providing at-home therapy services to enhance the healing and recovery process for our patients. Work Environment

This role is conducted onsite, primarily in the homes of our patients. You will work 40 hours a week, from Monday to Friday, providing convenient access to care for patients who may have difficulty traveling to clinics. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians and develop customized treatment plans based on their unique needs and conditions.
• Implement various therapeutic techniques and exercises in each patient's home, working closely with them to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure timely and effective recovery.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers about therapeutic exercises and home care techniques to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and contribute positively to the overall effectiveness of patient treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes using research-informed methodologies.
• Meet performance metrics and business objectives, ensuring efficient utilization of therapy services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Allied Care Solution, you will work with a diverse group of patients across various specialties, including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine. Your role will involve addressing the needs of patients at various stages of their recovery, ensuring that you deliver specialized care tailored to their specific requirements and preferences.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey treatment plans and motivate patients.
• Proficient in word processing and computer skills to document patient information accurately.
• Ability to establish a rapport with patients and foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning in the field of physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Two years of experience in a physical therapy setting, ideally with home care experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes performance-based incentives.
