Work Environment

This position is entirely onsite in a home care setting, allowing you to interact with patients in their own environments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic methods such as exercises, stretching techniques, hands-on therapy, and specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor and document each patient's progress meticulously, ensuring accurate reporting of treatment responses and effectiveness.
• Adjust treatment goals and strategies based on ongoing assessments, utilizing clinical judgment to optimize patient outcomes.
• Advise and fit patients for assistive devices when necessary, empowering them to maintain independence in daily living activities.
• Provide comprehensive training for patients and their families, as well as collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance overall treatment efficacy.
• Stay updated on the latest industry practices by attending workshops, engaging with professional publications, and participating in relevant societies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Constant Physical Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and the elderly. You will support individuals with varying conditions such as post-surgical recovery, chronic pain issues, and rehabilitation from injuries. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License to practice Physical Therapy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Strong computer and word processing abilities for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Exceptional flexibility and adaptability to handle different patient settings and needs.

Preferred Experience

• While prior experience in physical therapy is not required, any internships or hands-on training will be beneficial.
• Familiarity with assistive devices and home health care protocols is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
