Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or debilitating conditions, ensuring a thorough understanding of their medical history and current limitations.

• Develop customized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic methods, such as manual therapy, exercise regimens, and modality application to alleviate pain and enhance functional mobility.

• Implement and adjust therapy plans based on ongoing assessments, ensuring interventions remain aligned with patients' progress and recovery goals.

• Document patient evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes consistently, utilizing electronic health record systems to maintain accurate and accessible patient records.

• Provide education to patients and their families regarding proper exercise techniques, use of assistive devices, and post-treatment care to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and collaborate on integrated care plans that enhance recovery outcomes.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, seminars, and continuing education programs relevant to the field of physical therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Candidates with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) will be preferred.

• Current, valid state license to practice as a physical therapist.

Compensation and Benefits
