Work Environment\n

As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Douglas, Arizona, while being fully integrated into our collaborative team structure. Communication and documentation will be conducted through our secure web platform, ensuring that you remain connected with clients and colleagues. Our work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough video intake assessments with new clients to evaluate their mental health symptoms, daily functioning, and personal habits, ensuring a holistic understanding of each individual's needs.

• Create and implement personalized therapeutic programs that seamlessly integrate into clients' daily routines, promoting engagement and adherence to treatment plans.

• Provide continuous support and guidance through our digital platform, offering real-time encouragement, psychoeducation, and adjustments to therapy as needed.

• Regularly monitor client progress using engagement data and clinical assessments, refining care plans based on individual responsiveness and needs.

• Celebrate client milestones and collaboratively address challenges to maintain engagement and promote psychological resilience.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of all client interactions while upholding the highest clinical standards mandated by HIPAA and relevant state regulations.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive and integrated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, combined with a current license to practice in the state of Arizona in good standing.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
