Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Serene Sanctuary Counseling, LLC, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to determine the specific needs of patients.

• Collaborating with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate their unique lifestyles, cultural backgrounds, and individual goals.
\n
• Administering evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings including individual, couple, family, and group therapies.

• Offering crisis intervention services and working closely with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care for patients experiencing acute emotional distress.
\n
• Maintaining precise clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with regulatory guidelines and clinic policies.
\n
• Providing psychoeducation to not only patients but also their families, equipping them with tools and understanding to manage mental health issues effectively.
\n
• Engaging in regular outcomes assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and making necessary adjustments to improve patient outcomes.

• Staying updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health, and integrating this knowledge into your clinical work to ensure high-quality care.

• Adhering to all ethical guidelines while maintaining patient confidentiality in every aspect of your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on patients in a hospice setting, who may be dealing with various mental health issues related to terminal illnesses or end-of-life concerns. You will work closely with individuals and families who require emotional support and guidance, helping them address anxiety, depression, grief, and loss. Your ability to provide culturally sensitive care will be crucial in creating trusting relationships with diverse clientele.

Qualifications\n

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.

• Must hold an active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
