Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with patients, gathering comprehensive histories to evaluate their mental health status and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational policies using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be supporting a diverse range of clients, including adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing mental health counseling services, demonstrating competency in individual and group therapy modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Valley Stream Counseling & Wellness offers a competitive salary range of USD $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
