The work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ psychological conditions and develop tailored treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Guide and facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that promote mental wellness and community engagement.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patients receive timely assistance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada.
