Key Responsibilities\n

In your role, you will:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the specific needs of assigned populations, utilizing evidence-based practices to encourage healing.

• Conduct thorough family and child counseling sessions with clients who meet established medical necessity criteria, fostering trust and understanding in the therapeutic relationship.

• Design, develop, and facilitate psycho-educational groups, parenting classes, and other relevant workshops as needed to support client growth and community education.

• Complete essential client documentation, including case materials, program forms, and statistical data, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.

• Maintain accurate and timely charting, reports, and statistical information necessary for the effective management of assigned client populations, enabling continuous improvement in service delivery.

• Meet contractual obligations by billing the requisite number of reimbursable hours, enhancing the sustainability of our services.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
