Key Responsibilities\n

As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth channels, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic techniques.

• Creating, implementing, and regularly updating comprehensive individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs, objectives, and progress.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals within our practice, ensuring that all aspects of client care are coordinated for optimal outcomes.

• Providing immediate assessment and support to clients and families facing acute crises or challenges, assisting them in stabilizing their situations and resolving conflicts proactively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on children and families, addressing a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. You will be instrumental in creating safe spaces for clients to express their thoughts and feelings, helping them navigate their challenges and promoting healing.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• An active state license in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least two years of relevant experience in delivering therapeutic services to children and families in a clinical setting.
