We are seeking a Business Development Representative/Growth Associate to help find and recruit the specialized experts—engineers, medical professionals, and more—who train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. This role is a direct growth lever, driving millions in revenue and helping shape the future of artificial intelligence. *This role requires a 6-day work week (Monday - Saturday) with heavy overtime The Day to Day: Source & Recruit Top Talent: Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to find, vet, and onboard top-tier professionals across industries. Scale Sourcing Channels: Identify and experiment with new sourcing strategies to expand reach. Own Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with experts for long-term collaboration. Manage Talent Pipelines: Handle multiple recruiting pipelines efficiently to meet fast-paced hiring goals. Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Product, Engineering, and Project Managers to improve and streamline workflows. Drive Real Impact: Your work will directly contribute to our rapid growth. Requirements: 1–2 years in lead generation, outbound sales, or recruiting Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and other sourcing tools High conversion skills and funnel management experience Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Experience in high-pressure environments like startups, consulting, or finance Goal-oriented, resilient, and excited by ambitious growth targets Comfortable with communication via email, Linked In, phone - this is not a client facing role Relocation Bonus: $20K if moving to the Bay Area Housing Bonus: $10K if you live within 0.5 miles of the office Meals: $1K/month meal stipend Gym: Free Equinox membership Health Insurance: Full medical coverage You can use to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
