Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Zenea Care, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, adolescents, and groups to understand their mental health needs.

• Delivering graduate-level clinical interventions tailored to the specific requirements of your clients, including evidence-based treatments.

• Collaborating in interdisciplinary care by communicating assessment findings, treatment recommendations, and progress updates during patient rounds and through meticulous documentation.

• Managing casework for assigned patients, ensuring comprehensive coordination with community resources, healthcare professionals, and relevant programs.

• Consistently completing documentation that adheres to ethical standards and departmental protocols, ensuring timely submission for compliance and care continuity.

• Implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions, among other clinical modalities, to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• Be available to work a minimum of 10 to 40 hours per week, accommodating session loads that fit your schedule.

• Have a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
