Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Parkside, your role will include:

• Conducting psychotherapy sessions tailored to the needs of children, adolescents, and adults, using a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Performing comprehensive clinical assessments to develop effective treatment plans and case conceptualizations.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active licensure in the State of Pennsylvania to practice independently as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a primary therapist in mental health settings or related behavioral health care.

Preferred Experience\n

While we require at least 2 years of experience, candidates with an extensive background in trauma-informed care, psychotherapeutic techniques, or community counseling are especially encouraged to apply. Familiarity with DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and experience with teletherapy platforms will be considered advantageous.
