Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health statuses, utilizing evidence-based evaluation techniques to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Develop and implement effective therapy courses tailored to diverse patient needs, employing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and person-centered approaches.

• Regularly scheduled one-on-one sessions with clients to monitor their progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and equip them with coping strategies to manage their mental health challenges.

• Maintain comprehensive treatment documentation through our electronic health record system, ensuring accurate and timely updates that reflect client progress and care interventions.

• Refer clients to additional healthcare providers, including psychiatrists or specialized services, when necessary to ensure a continuum of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
