Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing standardized evaluation tools to identify individual client needs and collaboratively develop effective treatment plans tailored to each person’s goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care both to individuals and groups.

• Engage consistently with case managers, psychiatrists, and healthcare providers to ensure integrated, cohesive support for clients, enhancing overall treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, employing effective techniques to stabilize situations and ensure safety.

Qualifications\n
