Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions using ethical and compassionate approaches via video chat, focusing on solution-based methodologies.

• Develop effective and personalized treatment plans that consider each client's unique needs, facilitating their journey to improved mental health.

• Monitor and assess clients’ progress throughout the treatment plan, assisting them in cultivating healthy coping mechanisms and emotional insights.

• Engage in regular consultations with fellow team members to share best practices and enhance service delivery.

• Collaborate with our administrative staff by minimizing paperwork, enabling you to focus entirely on client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve stable adults presenting with low-acuity mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Our aim is to empower clients by equipping them with essential coping skills and strategies to enhance their quality of life. Your expertise will be crucial in helping them navigate their emotional landscapes and foster meaningful changes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Candidates must hold one of the following licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); full licensure is required to practice independently.

• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.

• Strong proficiency in utilizing technology for teletherapy, including video conferencing tools and therapy management software.
