Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with psychiatric providers and other therapists to deliver comprehensive, integrated care.

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video, employing tools like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and behavior modification to support clients' emotional health.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and other functional improvement measures to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies effectively.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our therapist portal, ensuring compliance with mental health regulations through efficient workflows.
\n
• Connect with the Therapy Leadership Team for ongoing support, consultation, and professional development opportunities.
\n
• Formulate mental health diagnoses based on the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM V) standards, and create individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Offer education and supportive therapeutic counseling to clients, guiding them towards sustainable personal growth and recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults experiencing a range of emotional disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• Current, independent licensure in the state of Oregon or the state where you reside (LCSW, LMFT, LPC). Candidates with licenses in multiple states will be prioritized.

Compensation and Benefits\n
