Work Environment\n

As a fully remote position, you will work from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients through a cutting-edge telehealth system. Your work hours will typically be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing a structured schedule that helps maintain a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with pre-screened, low-acuity clients, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans, ensuring they align with best practices and client goals.

• Monitor client progress using qualitative and quantitative metrics, maintaining detailed documentation within our secure platform.

• Collaborate with other team members and participate in regular case consultation meetings to ensure integrated care.

• Manage scheduling and billing, enabling you to focus more intently on direct patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adult clients who are experiencing low- to moderate-acuity mental health issues. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• An active and valid Tennessee license in one of the following designations: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

Compensation and Benefits\n
