Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider the interplay of medical conditions affecting clients’ mental health.

• Develop, implement, and adjust integrated treatment plans that address the psychiatric and medical needs of each client.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques tailored to the unique needs of our clients.

• Collaborate with medical providers to ensure coordinated and effective patient care and treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients on how to manage their mental health in conjunction with physical health, promoting empowerment and self-management.

• Maintain strict adherence to legal and ethical standards by accurately documenting client interactions and treatment plans.

• Engage actively in team meetings and case conferences to facilitate interdisciplinary care planning.

• Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and advancements in integrated care to continuously improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals with co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, substance use disorders, and chronic pain. Your expertise will be vital in addressing the unique mental health needs of this community, ensuring that each client receives holistic care that enhances their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist within Washington State.

• Proven experience in addressing mental health needs for individuals dealing with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
