Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Administering mindfulness-based interventions, including structured Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) sessions.

• Conducting thorough initial assessments and intake interviews to identify clients' mental health challenges, stressors, and therapeutic goals in a supportive and judgment-free manner.

• Leading individual therapy sessions that incorporate mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques to enhance emotional balance and self-awareness.

• Facilitating group workshops tailored to mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience training for clients.

• Collaborating with other therapists and healthcare professionals to develop a holistic treatment approach that integrates mindfulness and traditional therapeutic practices.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and mindfulness interventions to track outcomes and adapt strategies.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, each seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress-related issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of Washington.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
