Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial diagnostic assessments and regular evaluations of client mental health status, utilizing tools such as structured interviews and standardized assessment instruments.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients that consider their specific mental health needs, goals, and preferences.

• Provide individual and, when appropriate, group therapy sessions using various evidence-based approaches tailored to clients' backgrounds, cultures, and circumstances.

• Monitor client progress through follow-up sessions, employing ongoing assessment techniques and adapting therapeutic strategies as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and other specialists, to ensure a holistic approach to treatment and coordinate referrals when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse populations and mental health disorders.

• A thorough understanding of various therapeutic modalities, evidence-based practices, and cultural competency in therapy.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to remain composed during high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
