Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' issues, establish clinical diagnoses, and formulate tailored treatment plans that address their needs and aspirations.

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring therapeutic modalities align with client goals.

• Respond to acute mental health crises by providing timely crisis intervention and support, employing de-escalation techniques, and coordinating care as needed.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment documentation, in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams—consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, case managers, and other healthcare providers—to deliver holistic client care.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs and resources, while providing education regarding treatment options and community resources available for additional support.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in training, workshops, and educational opportunities to stay informed of the latest best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Our team emphasizes a person-centered approach, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet the individual goals of each client. You will empower clients to develop coping strategies, resilience, and improved interpersonal relationships, ultimately enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Must be licensed as a Mental Health Therapist in one of the following areas: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline is required.

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment, diagnostic skills, and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.

• Minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as effective interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in an outpatient clinical setting is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
