This position offers a remote work setting tailored for flexibility and convenience, allowing counselors to engage with clients through telehealth platforms or, when applicable, in-person. The absence of weekend shifts ensures that you maintain a work-life balance critical for your success and well-being. Full-time counselors will work Monday through Friday within eight-hour shifts, while part-time counselors have flexible hours spanning Monday to Saturday, adapting to both personal schedules and team needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities to individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailored to meet client needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Presidio County Trauma & Recovery Services offers a competitive salary range from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 per year, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure.
