Work Environment\n

This role is conducted entirely online, allowing therapists to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes while providing the same high-quality care expected in a traditional outpatient setting. We foster a collaborative and supportive online community among our staff, ensuring that all team members receive the resources and encouragement they need to thrive professionally. The anticipated work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, for clients seeking stress reduction and enhanced emotional well-being.

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients’ personal challenges and therapeutic goals, customizing mindfulness techniques to meet their specific needs.

• Lead individual and group sessions incorporating mindfulness practices such as guided meditation and breathing exercises, aimed at fostering self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate engaging workshops on stress management and resilience-building strategies, providing practical tools and techniques for everyday stressors.

• Document client progress meticulously, noting the efficacy of various mindfulness interventions and modifying treatment plans based on outcomes.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to mental health care, integrating mindfulness methods into broader therapeutic practices.

• Engage in personal mindfulness practice and ongoing professional development to deepen your expertise in MBSR and other therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapy clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and other emotional difficulties. As a therapist at All Care Counseling Center, you will support your clients in navigating their unique journeys towards healing and personal growth, employing mindfulness techniques tailored to their individual experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role, particularly for maintaining thorough documentation of client interactions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish trust and build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
