Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities for various patient needs, spanning orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine sectors.
• Maintain a high standard of patient care by utilizing evidence-based practices and adapting treatment strategies based on patient progress.
• Provide temporary and effective interventions while educating patients and their families about recovery processes and self-management techniques.
• Ensure strong communication with a multi-disciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and maximize treatment plans.
• Consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, enhancing patient satisfaction and engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including acute and chronic pain sufferers, athletes recovering from injuries, children with developmental challenges, and individuals undergoing rehabilitation for surgical procedures. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A current state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• Current CPR certification and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using basic computer applications and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Proven ability to establish rapport with patients and maintain productive relationships with community partners.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
