Work Environment

Located in the heart of Arlington, our rehabilitation center is designed with patient comfort and accessibility in mind, enabling us to provide comprehensive outpatient therapies. As a Full-time Physical Therapist, you will work onsite in a collaborative and engaging atmosphere, focused on rehabilitating a diverse patient population. Our hours of operation are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing for a structured yet flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and needs.
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercises to prevent injury and enhance physical health.
• Monitor and adjust treatment protocols based on ongoing evaluations of patient progress, ensuring optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, wellness strategies, and preventive care to empower self-management.
• Utilize evidence-based practice to formulate rehabilitation strategies that emphasize non-surgical alternatives and improve patients' functionality.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation using electronic medical record systems, such as Web PT, to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices by fostering strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through engaging fitness and wellness programs.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for each patient, facilitating communication and shared goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily treat adult patients, including athletes and active individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic pain conditions. Our commitment to personalized care means that no two treatment plans are alike, as each patient's experience will guide their journey toward recovery.

Qualifications

• Professionally earned Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required.
• Must possess an active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license with a clean record, free of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Strong foundation in various manual therapy techniques and orthopedic outpatient care practices.
• Able to develop and implement effective exercise programs tailored to patients' rehabilitation needs.
• Proficiency in using EMR software, particularly Web PT, for accurate and efficient documentation.
• Current knowledge of physical therapy modalities and techniques supported by the latest research.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of experience in a clinical setting focused on outpatient physical therapy.
• Previous work with sports medicine injuries is highly desirable.
• Experience in physical therapy practice management and patient engagement strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

This Full-time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
