Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans that address their specific challenges and goals.

• Provide various therapeutic modalities, including individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy sessions that help promote emotional healing and resilience.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure an integrated approach to client care, sharing insights and adjusting treatment plans as clients progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities, attending team meetings, training, and workshops to stay informed on best practices in mental health care.

As a mental health counselor at Sharp Mental Healthcare Center, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy, with licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the state of California.
