Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and interactive group therapy sessions where clients can share experiences, support one another, and foster meaningful connections.

• Individual Therapy Sessions: Provide tailored, empathetic counseling that enables clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Assist them in developing personalized coping strategies and actionable plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented, addressing their specific mental health needs and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and evaluate client progress using a variety of assessment tools and feedback methods to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Competitively, this position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
