Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' needs, strengths, and presenting issues, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and solution-focused therapy during individual, couples, and family sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that encourage community building and address prevalent mental health issues through shared experiences.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated and holistic care, ensuring every aspect of the patient's wellbeing is addressed.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary to support patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, available treatments, and resources within their communities, fostering informed decision-making.

Qualifications\n
