Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies, including the creation of behavioral guidelines and positive behavior support plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and guidelines.
