This full-time position consists of a 40-hour work week, with flexibility in scheduling to promote work/life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health status utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) and other tools to formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Monitor patient progress consistently, employing appropriate interventions and strategies tailored to support their unique mental health diagnoses.

• Prepare and maintain accurate and timely documentation of all treatment records, reports, and clinical information, adhering to regulatory standards and departmental protocols.

• Collaborate with patients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses their needs and aspirations.

• Develop and modify treatment goals in partnership with patients and their families as applicable, focusing on safety and symptom management.

• Act as a liaison between patients and external treatment providers, facilitating referrals and maintaining effective communication.

• Contribute to the development of new therapists by providing education and mentoring to students, interns, residents, and volunteers.

• Participate in peer review and clinical collaboration efforts to achieve continuous professional development for team members.
