Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a structured yet supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique circumstances and needs.

• Engage in effective communication with physicians and other healthcare providers to report updates on patient progress, including challenges and successes.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical records and progress notes, ensuring compliance with departmental and regulatory standards.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing various emotional and behavioral challenges, while employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients in acute distress, using your expertise to manage immediate needs effectively.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local community resource groups, acting as a representative for Holistic Recovery Counselling in discussions about social needs and resources available for patients.

• Assist in the discharge planning process, ensuring that patients transition smoothly from therapy to community-based resources and support systems.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Holistic Recovery Counselling, you will work primarily with individuals of varying ages who are experiencing mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and more. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and often face significant life changes or traumatic experiences that necessitate comprehensive support. Compensation and Benefits\n
