This position offers a remote work setting with essential interactions at our outpatient office located in Anaheim. Our facility is equipped with comprehensive resources to support clinical staff and clients. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. A collaborative atmosphere ensures all team members can contribute to creating effective care plans and initiating productive conversations around mental health.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments, individual, group, and family therapy for clients dealing with severe emotional disorders or major mental illnesses.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Participate actively in team meetings to ensure alignment with overall organizational goals and to enhance collaboration.

• Conduct regular evaluations of client progress, ensuring that treatment focuses on their presenting problems and evolves according to their feedback.

• Implement evidence-based practices, performing screenings and detailed assessments as necessary.

• Engage in crisis intervention and support clients during acute mental health crises, employing appropriate de-escalation techniques.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions and submit required reports and data in a timely manner.

• Serve as a resource for colleagues, advising on complex cases and participating in quality improvement committees.

• Actively work to promote a safe environment by identifying and reporting any unsafe conditions or practices.

• Provide on-call coverage as needed, ensuring continuous support and care availability to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
