Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' needs and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that respect each client’s unique background and therapeutic goals.

• Provide both individual and group therapy using integrative therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Respond promptly to crises by providing immediate intervention and crisis management for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records including progress notes and treatment plans while adhering to all ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and social workers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Educate clients and their family members about mental health, treatment pathways, and accessible community resources, advocating for clients' needs as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in California.
