Work Environment

We operate Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with a focus on flexibility to accommodate patient needs and therapist schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their specific goals, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing advanced therapeutic techniques tailored for orthopedic conditions.
• Employ manual therapy and exercise-based interventions that enhance patients' strength, flexibility, and coordination.
• Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment plans based on outcomes and feedback.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and strategies for long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and facility policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adults recovering from a range of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Our diverse patient base may require customized approaches to address their unique medical histories, activity levels, and personal goals. You will play a crucial role in boosting their confidence and facilitating their return to normal activities.

Qualifications

• A master's or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey with no disciplinary actions against the license.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a physical therapy outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and developing effective exercise protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient relationships and collaboration with colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with advanced rehabilitation technologies such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, or aquatic therapy is preferred.
• Prior involvement in community outreach programs or wellness initiatives is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
